Does GLÓW replace a cosmetician or beauty specialist?
No. AI recommendations are informational and do not replace the consultation of a professional beauty specialist, dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon.
How do I request a refund?
You have a
14-day right of withdrawal for unused credits. See the
refund policy for the exact procedure.
Why is my home-screen icon broken on iPhone?
Delete the app from the home screen, open
glow4me.ee in Safari again and add it via
Share → Add to Home Screen. The cache will have refreshed by then.
Can I use my own Anthropic API key?
Not at the moment — all requests go through our server and credits are counted on a purchase basis. This is simpler and safer for the user.
